Online Sales Channel (OSC) is one of Zalopay Commerce's solutions. It utilizes Zalo, the chat-based social platform widely used by all user segments in Vietnam, to provide merchants and users with a modern and convenient online shopping experience.
Through OSC, businesses can easily create an online store system with more than 10 access points from Zalo & Zalopay, integrating with the Zalo OA ecosystem to interact with customers, operating seamlessly, thereby maximizing business efficiency.
